For Parents Who Want To Track Their Kids– Using Cuddly Bear Phone Technology

Thursday, October 27th, 2005
What better way to convince your young children to allow the parent to track them, but by providing them a “kids cell phone” with an integrated GPS tracking device. Heck you can even buy this for your kids for the holidays and not tell them that the GPS is installed. Unless of course you feel they would be offended by this of course. But in reality, though the Buddy Bear Phone technology is an intimation at how much GPS and cell phone technology will be integrated in the future— and we may be tracked by third parties without even realizing it. The government has already made a decree that all cell phones made after a certain date need to have GPS chips installed in them. It’s only a matter of time until civil rights groups call foul. But in fair use cases like tracking your kids, it may prove to be a very powerful parenting tool.
